How early should I order? ▾
We recommend ordering at least 48 hours before delivery so we can prepare the box carefully and confirm product availability.
Can I customize the box? ▾
Yes. Custom notes and selected guest preferences are possible during the launch phase.
Are alcohol-free options available? ▾
Yes. Alcohol-free editions are available on request and can be prepared for families, Muslim travelers or alcohol-free gifting preferences.
Can hotels order for guests? ▾
Yes. We welcome hotel, serviced apartment, Airbnb host and concierge requests.
Do you offer corporate orders? ▾
Yes. Business and bulk orders are available on request for meetings, visiting partners, conferences and VIP guests.
